Today, I wanted to share with you how to transition from where you are to where you want to go; maybe you co sleep and you want your child to sleep in his/her own bed; maybe your child falls asleep well and then wakes in the middle of the night and you bring the child to your bed because you're tired but you don't want to make it a "forever" routine; maybe you rock your child to sleep but it's taking an incredibly long time and it doesn't feel like the best case scenario anymore.
